No doubt about it, you're bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in the hours when many have already given their last hurrah! It's pretty energizing to think that while you're at your peak, most of your neighbors are already falling into a deep, deep sleep.Unfortunately, there are some disadvantages to your midnight hours of power — like finding cold, stale coffee in the pot when you wake up, or realizing it's too late to call your friends when you have that spark of a great idea. Then there are those times when you have to get up early even though your body feels like it's only half-awake. But when that happens, all you really need is a sure-fire, pick-me-up — like a quick shot of caffeine, getting some exercise, or even taking a power shower to rejuvenate you. And once that happens, there's no stopping you as you move into a whole new power hour!

Having some sort of depression in the school...Did not really have the appetite to eat...And did not talk much...I just don't feel like starting school...
Did not have the mood to listen to lectures at all so I'll have to revise my work tomorrow...

Csas 3 is so damn lame...But I got to know 2 new classmates as Pearlyne went to ask for their names...I was so shocked when they wanted to know my name too...But there were some who did not bother about me...Maybe I seem damn unsociable ---Like what KL said about her first impression on me...They are our project group mates...If not for Pearlyne, I won't have any friends in the class...I was really touched when she said I must do the project with her--cannot run away...She's a very good person...

In APEL, we, from AB27, had to exchange pieces of quotes with their names written on them...We just randomly picked...Dr Quek said we must treat the person whose names were on the papers well for 2 weeks...My paper belongs to Eugene...hahax...I did said hello and gave a smile to him when I saw him in school...

I think I will be having an exercise schedule for every week from next week onwards...Next week I'll be going home early...3 pm on Wed and Thurs while 12 pm on friday...I'm now living in a very unhealthy lifestyle without exercising...Exercise can make us look 3 years younger in the future...So I should start next week and hope that this time round I can really fall for running and make it a part of my life...

The last episode of the 9 pm Channel 8 drama series...I guessed the mole correctly and the murderer partly correctly...I predicted Rachel to be the murderer but she was not actually the murderer...She was just involved in the murder case by not reporting Sean to the police...

Hmm..tomorrow I'll be joining my mom to have a haircut again cos she's having off day...And to spend the OP 20 bucks discount card by buying pencil case and shirts...Most importantly, going to buy the cock's bag!!!
