On Saturday night, my whole family except for my brother stayed at home and watched the Oscar winning movie shown on Channel 5, Cold Mountain. The casts of the movie are super popular ones like Jude Law, Nicole Kidman, Renee Zellwenger and Natalie Portman. I suspect the story is adapted from a novel because a bit too dragging and there are a lot of different events encounter by the actor. So that was how I spent my Valentine day with my loved ones. While for my brother, he went out with a girl. Before he got out of the house, he said to us that he had to waste money le. However I could not figure out why this time round he did not borrow my dad car because he always likes to show off. On the previous day I saw the menu of the resturant as he did not close the window in the computer which cost 88 bucks plus plus. Super expensive. He rather spent money on other girl than giving money to my mother. I think he should be in sweet honey period because yesterday he chatted with the girl (Why I know it was a girl-because he spoke very softly) till 2 am. The conversation was super super long. His mood was so good after that that he kept singing songs and trying to distract me from watching Tv (But I still managed to watch Tv). I hope that he will give in committment this time because I wish that he can move out soon. He is treating my mother like a maid and does not even give a single cent to her. So if the girl comes to my house, I will never say anything bad about my brother as I want to throw my brother out to her. My brother may be nice on the outside but you can never imagine what kind of person he is when at home. Good luck, my future da sao!
Watched The Last Kiss on Star World yesterday. I now then understand that the foe of all men is committment. The story goes...the actor girlfriend is pregnant and wants to get married. He is so scared that he goes out and happens to meet a young girl. He went out with her as a friend initially but slowly they get intimate. When the guy girlfriend found out about the truth, she has a big quarrel with him. So he went to find the girl and get really intimate with her (should know what I mean). Then he begins to regret and starts to avoid the girl and wanting to get his girlfriend back. He hurts both of them really deeply. Because his girlfriend does not want to forgive him, he stays outside the house for days until his girlfriend finally accepts him in the end. I suddenly realised that the story is about the same as the previous drama series that I loved watching, Love Is All Around. The story goes...the actor ex-girlfriend asks for break-up. Soon after, he marrys his now-wife. But because his wife has a miscarriage and feels very depressed plus his mom keeps blaming the wife, he goes out to find his ex and gets intimate with her (the ex wants him back after being cheated by her boyfriend). His wife divorces with him. His ex even gets pregnant and gives birth but is dead in the end. The guy seeks for forgiveness from his divorced-wife and as expected, she forgives him.
All because both the actors said to the actresses that they would never do that again!
In conclusion, my opinion is that most guys are terrible creatures and girls are just too soft-hearted. I think that those with partners should stop forgiving if one commit serious offences such as betrayal. There is much difficulty for leopard to change its spot.
