1) I was flipping through U weekly and came across the page introducing gadgets. I saw one handphone that looked almost exactly the same as my handphone (reflective surface and clamshell) but it is 3.5G and still has some extra new features. My mom thinks that I should change my almost 3-year-old handphone as she said that new one is always nicer than the old one. However my dad still thinks that mine is nicer. So my conclusion is I will still keep to my handphone because it is like a baby to me and I cannot bear to change it. I am not the xi xin yan jiu type. Haha.
2) I accidentally off the house phone switch as I am used to doing that everytime before I sleep (because I am always the last one sleeping) and had forgotten that my brother was still using on that day. So he came out of his room and scolded me although I did apologize to him. As if something would happen when he and his girlfriend got disconnected (like the situation from "Connected" starring Da S and Leo Ku). I think that he is a bit sot sot le, too deep into the relationship.
3) Once again, I was lost in Bedok. I got down from the bus at the wrong stop (actually there are 10 plus more stops before I should alight). I saw wrongly from the street directory. So I asked for direction from the passer-bys. First, I encountered a China woman who of course did not know anything. Then I asked a auntie and she was really helpful to give me directions and recommended me to take bus because the distance was too long. However as I had no idea which bus to get to the interchange, I just began walking under the blazing sun with determination for almost an hour and finally reached my destination. So I cannot remember from which church I walked all the way to Chai Chee to get to a clinic as I needed to do some check-up. Nothing is impossible with determination!
4) I worked at a childcare centre which kept me really busy. I did not have much time to use computer, read novel, watch vcd or play game as I always had to do a lot of stuff for the activity sheets. I quited a week plus ago. I also try working in a pet shop for two days only. I quited as I am very scared in dealing with customers. I am a job-hopper. Lol.
5) I went to selection assessment and interview weeks ago for a job and still waiting for rejection or approval reply. But I did screw up my interview. I like never not screw up my interview before. Lol.
6) Benjamin's and Michelle's birthday celebrations were all held at the resturants of the hotels. The food were not bad and Michelle really let us to see the very womanly side of her.
7) Fortunately my bro and his gf went back from Hong Kong a few weeks before the spread of H1N1. If not, I think that I would have to be quarantined as well.
8) I have chatted with my bro's gf two times. One was at my bro's graduation and another time was she visited my house. My bro's graduation was really boring as the list of graduants was damn long. It was an awkward situation when my dad, mom and I met her first at the cafeteria while my bro was at the hall for preparation. Nothing to talk about. But while walking from the cafe to the hall, she tried to start conversation with me. She told my bro that I am a friendly person. Haha. I am so happy to hear that. I did remind my mom to sit with her in the hall the day before because I was very scared that I would have nothing to talk to her.
She said that she wanted to play PS2 in the house but she is not a gamer at all as she felt very sian after playing for a while. So she came out to watch TV with me while my bro was bathing. I was actually also reading novel while watching TV but when she was trying to talk to me, I just put away the novel. She is overall a friendly and nice person who also likes to crap like my bro.
9)Angels and Demons is a nice movie full of excitement although a bit chim when Tom Hanks was trying to solve the mystery. I am still able to understand what was going on.
10) It has been really long time since I last stepped into MacDonald's to have meal so I was like a mountain turtle when I was having dinner with Angelynn they all (I did not know where to get the sauces).
11) I was having flu for the past 2 weeks but of course not H1N1. Actually was taking chinese medicine because I did not feel like seeing a doctor. But after I had finished two bottles of the medicines, I knew that it was time to see doctor so I went to polyclinic. And finally I am recovering.
12) After watching "Bai Fen Bai" about Jolin's concert preparation, I really admire her for her determination to do things to perfection. She is my new idol now!
13) I shall upload lots of pictures after my laptop is alright. I have already sent it for repair, should be okay really soon!
